I am Mrs. Johnson, or Mrs. J. I am the teacher of the first and second grade classroom at Bowring Public School. I have been in Bowring since I was in seventh grade, I graduated eighth grade from Bowring. Bowring is my home. I graduated high school at Copan High School. I graduated college from OSU. I will always continue to seek opportunities to grow professionally. I recently attended a literacy conference to enhance my teaching strategies and bring innovative ideas into my classroom. 

I am so excited to be teaching in my hometown. I am honored to be apart of this wonderful teaching community. My heart is connected to this school. With a deep passion for education and a commitment to fostering young minds, I promise I will love and teach your children just as I would my own. I believe in the classroom we can have fun and learn. I am dedicated to foster an inviting, loving, and engaging environment for all of my students. I believe every student can rise above challenges and become better. I believe in the power of yet, maybe your child cannot do something yet but I am here to help them reach their goal of mastery. I aim to provide a supportive and stimulating classroom where students feel valued and motivated to explore their interests and talents.
